7/29/06:  CRAZY DAYS FUNDRAISER
Thanks goes out to all who helped with our fundraiser and MS awareness "booth" at Crazy Days.  We sold 50/50 tickets and handed out brochures.  Our proceeds from the 50/50 tickets was $90 which will goes toward the MS-150 ride for our team.

7/8/06:  RIDERS ATTEND TRAINING RIDE IN VERMILLION
James Booze and Bruce Smith attended the training ride in Vermillion and enjoyed meeting new riders and the festivities after the ride. 
 

6/25/06:  OFFICIAL MS-150 TRAINING RIDE
SPONSORED BY TEAM FORWARD MOTION
Ride will begin and end at Prostrollo's Auto Mall at 9 a.m. sharp!
Approximately 32 miles.  Supported ride with SAG wagons to provide assistance, water, and snacks along the route.  Pizza Ranch will provide pizza following the ride, and beverages and fruit will also be provided.  Cyclists please park near the rear of the largest building at the far southwest side of the dealership along the tree line.

5/19/06:  National Bike to Work Day                                            
Join thousands of Americans who will celebrate bicycling as a fun, clean, and healthy way to get to work. 

MAY - We will begin weekly training rides in May when weather permits.  We will meet on Wednesday nights at the old Security Bank location at 6:00.  We'll begin with shorter and slower rides and progress each week.  Other impromptu rides will be notified by email.  Please send Lori your email address if you're not on her list.

4/12/06 
Jason Crisp - Jason is from the Colman area and is the athletic trainer at the Madison Community Center.  He is an accomplished triathlete and competes in the IronMan triathlon events.  This is Jason's first MS-150.

Patricia Gross - Pat is the public health nurse in Madison.  This is her first MS-150. 

Jean Stemper - From Madison, Jean works for food service at Dakota State University.  She is riding her first MS-150 this year.  

OFFICIAL TRAINING RIDE SPONSORS
The Madison Pizza Ranch has agreed to furnish pizzas for the riders attending our team sponsored training ride on June 24.  Thank you for your support!!

Prostrollo Auto Mall has offered their place of business for a start/finish location for our official MS-150 training ride. 

Thank you goes out to Zach and Janna Conrad for documenting the exact directions for the official MS-150 training ride route.  Thanks also James Booze for creating the map for the riders to follow.
 

3/30/06: Welcome new Riders
Kurt & Tami Christiansen - Kurt and Tami are from Madison and own Culligan Water Conditioning.  Tami also works at First American Bank & Trust and Q-Set, Inc.  This is Tami's second year riding the MS 150 and Kurt's first year.

Jason, Holly, & Elijah Evans - Jason Evans is a chiropractor and owns Madison Chiropractic in Madison.  Holly substitute teaches and helps Jason at the business.  Eli is a second grader at St. Thomas School.  This is Holly's second tour and Jason and Eli's first MS ride.

David & Lillie Bucholz - the parents of our very own Raelene Bucholz.  They live in Doland and David is a minister at the church there. 

Jamie Fry, Mike Stroup, and Sarah Tate - these three are our Pierre entourage and are riding their first MS150 with us this year. We plan to take a trip to Pierre to ride with them sometime.

WHEN:  3/27/06
TIME: 6:30 p.m.
WHAT: Brainstorming meeting.
WHERE: Pizza Ranch in Madison
Team FoMo has been selected to host an official MS150 training ride in Madison.  We will meet and do some planning mainly for this team sponsored official MS150 training ride. We will talk about start/finish location, food donations, maybe some fun prizes or any other fun stuff you can think of. Be brainstorming this week. You can either eat before you come or come a little early and have some pizza and salad bar before/during the meeting.  All riders are encouraged to attend.

3/24/06: We will be submitting another order for team jerseys the second week of April.  Anyone interested in a jersey or an extra please contact Lori Waldner (Lori@Q-Set.com).
